Our Learning Environments – We believe all children have the right to an environment in which they feel safe and secure as they learn and grow. We view each child that comes through our doors as unique and entitled to the highest level of care and education. We provide this by approaching each child holistically, as part of their own family, culture and community, all of which shapes their sense of self, sense of spirituality and sense of exploration.
Our learning environments are created in close consultation with the children and with their current interests and developmental level in mind. We aim to provide a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment in which all children can feel confident to explore.
Our Families – We recognise the integral role a child’s family plays in their wellbeing and development. In order to foster this, we strive to work cooperatively and closely with each family. We view each family within our service as being part of our “Little Achiever’s family” providing support and care equitably, regardless of background or structure.
We believe in promoting and facilitating healthy and strong children, in mind, body and spirit. We commit ourselves to developing positive and healthy dispositions towards nutrition, physical exercise and overall wellbeing.
